Return and Refund Policy
Deposit (if applicable) and Bookings:Cancellation before 5 days: If cancelled at least 5 days before the activity, the deposit will be fully refunded (payment fees at your expense).
Cancellation after 5 days: If cancelled less than 5 days before the activity, the deposit will not be refunded; rescheduling the activity may be possible depending on our availability.
No restocking fees apply.
Medical Cases:
If you are unable to take part in the activity for medical reasons, please provide a medical certificate confirming that you cannot undertake the activity; clinics are available throughout Koh Tao. In this case, the deposit will be refunded (payment fees at your expense).
Insurance
All our clients are covered during the aquatic activities offered by AquaTao Co. Ltd. This insurance covers up to 500,000 THB in the event of an accident and up to 1,000,000 THB in the event of death or permanent disability.
Conduct
By taking part in an activity with AquaTao Co. Ltd., you agree to accept the authority and decisions of the captain, guides, and AquaTao Co. Ltd. staff. Any inappropriate physical or verbal behaviour may result in exclusion from the activity without refund.
Disclaimer
I understand and accept that AquaTao Co. Ltd., along with its affiliated companies or partners, their respective owners and employees, decline all liability in the event of death, injury, or any other consequences of an accident caused by myself or resulting from my own conduct or negligence during my participation in activities provided by AquaTao Co. Ltd. In the absence of any negligence or breach of duty by AquaTao Co. Ltd. and all entities defined above, my participation in AquaTao Co. Ltd. activities is entirely at my own risk.
