Who We Are
We live on the island, work together and share the same passion: teaching safe, enjoyable and responsible scuba diving.
Depending on the season, our team is composed of 2 to 5 instructors, a captain, a boat assistant, front-desk support and service staff. Our instructors train students in English, French, Spanish and Thai throughout the year. Since April 2026, Mathieu has been back at AquaTao and is now our manager: he moved to the island with his wife, Marine, and their daughter.
We complement each other with different strengths and regularly share experience to improve our teaching methods, organisation and underwater safety.

Our Diving staff
Throughout the season, you'll be supervised by certified SSI instructors who can teach in English, French, Spanish and Thai. Each instructor adapts training to your level, rhythm and goals. Our staff is carefully hand-picked and trained in-house to meet our own high standards of service and safety
Noi — SSI Dive Master (Thailand)

Boat Crew
Without our Captain Chai and his boat assistant, Pee Wee, diving would simply not be possible. They handle navigation, safety, equipment handling and entries/exits from the water. Their local knowledge and awareness guarantee smooth, safe operations.
Reception & Logistics
Pai — Front Desk (Thailand)
