What Is the SSI Stress & Rescue Course?
The SSI Stress & Rescue course is considered one of the most important steps in recreational diving. It develops your ability to anticipate, prevent, and manage emergencies in and out of the water.
Duration: 2 days — classroom theory, confined water practice, and open water scenarios.

During your Stress & Rescue training with AquaTao, you will practice realistic scenarios:
