Medical questionnaire or doctor's certificate?
Scuba diving is an extreme sport that requires you to be in good health. It is preferable to be checked by a doctor before practicing this activity, as required in France. Outside of Europe, we ask you to fill in this medical questionnaire from the SSI federation. This questionnaire helps determine whether an official medical certificate issued by a doctor is required.
Make sure you are not required to consult a doctor before coming to see us.
