Deposit & Reservations:
During high season, to guarantee your spot, a 30% deposit is required at the time of booking. This allows us to better organize our activities and provide you with the best possible service.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation more than 5 days before the activity: If you cancel at least 5 days before the activity date, the deposit will be fully refunded (payment fees at your expense).

Cancellation less than 5 days before the activity: If the cancellation occurs fewer than 5 days before the activity, the deposit will not be refunded. However, you may reschedule your activity depending on our availability.

Medical Cases:
If you are unable to participate for medical reasons, please provide us with a medical certificate stating that you are not able to take part in the activity. Several clinics are available throughout Koh Tao. In this case, the deposit will be refunded (payment fees at your expense).

Insurance
All our customers are covered during aquatic activities offered by AquaTao Co. Ltd. This insurance covers up to 500,000 THB in the event of an accident and up to 1,000,000 THB in the event of death or permanent disability.

Behavior
By participating in any activity with AquaTao Co. Ltd., you agree to accept the authority and decisions of the captain, guides, and AquaTao Co. Ltd. management. Any physical, verbal, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the activity without refund.

Liability Waiver
I understand and accept that AquaTao Co. Ltd., as well as any affiliated or partner companies, their respective owners and employees, decline all responsibility in the event of death, injury, or any other consequences resulting from accidents caused by myself or arising from my own conduct or negligence during activities provided by AquaTao Co. Ltd. In the absence of negligence or failure to meet obligations by AquaTao Co. Ltd. or any of the entities defined above, my participation in AquaTao’s activities is entirely at my own risk.
